Returns
Three steps to send it back.
You have 30 days from the day it arrives. The object must be unused and in its box.

Write to us
Use the contact page with your order number. We reply within two working days with a return label.

Post it back
Pack it in the original box. Returns inside Europe are free; elsewhere the postage is deducted from the refund.

Get your money
We refund the price of the object to the card you paid with, within five days of receiving it.

If something is wrong
Broken, missing or wrong? We fix it.
Send a photo and the order number. We ship a replacement the same day, or refund you, whichever you prefer. You do not send the broken one back.
