Ambit started as a complaint. Every portable radio we could buy had a screen, an app and a plug that only fit one country.

One dial for the station

We wanted one dial for the station and one for the volume. The first prototype had both, plus a strap made from a belt off-cut.

The current strap is wider, because the first one cut into a hand when the radio was carried by it.
